Amilum Bulgaria is a Bulgarian company based in Razgrad. Its main activity is the extraction of primary products for the food industry through deep processing of maize. It is the largest single maize consumer in Bulgaria.
The main products produced at the Razgrad plant are corn starch, glucose syrup, crystalline and liquid dextrose, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) and maltodextrins. Byproducts of the technology are maize germ, corn gluten and maize feed.
